No worries mate. I honestly can’t remember, and I don’t use this now as I don’t use Bridge or VC anymore (I build in Beaver Builder, FAR better) so can’t reference it.

My problem was with the category pages, so at a guess I made my own template, and then each category needs to have that page template set accordingly.

It obviously took me some time as I opened this ticket which didn’t help from what I can see, so it’s probably more a Bridge theme issue at a guess.

    Sorry! good luck though.

    Sorry boehm_visuals,
It’s nearly 4 years ago and I don’t remember. But from what I can read on my own replies I just ticked a load of boxes in the settings (I wish I’d mentioned which ones… I probably didn’t know myself at the time).

Many thanks for your offer, but I ended up using another plugin as yours didn’t seem to have any documentation, so assumed it could not do it.

Maybe for my next project I’ll be in contact when I have more time.

    Thanks again though.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I see, I’ve always set a value.
Have tried and this fixes it. OK. Many thanks again.

    Really?
I mean, it’s CLEARLY OBVIOUS it’s a bug and you want me to provide all the details?
Can you not fix your own copies?

    OK, a CLEAN/NEW WordPress installation.
The ONLY plugins are WPBakery Page Builder & DHVC Form

    Two fields, email & TIME. And it fails;
http://broken-demo.stackstaging.com/ (try submitting without entering an email, but set a time, you’ll see the error).

Am sending a private reply with username/password should you really need access.

Awesome, fixed in latest version I see.

    All the best.

    Thanks,
Installed, tested and confirmed you’ve fixed it… and glad to see a couple other bugs and the old typo!

    Nice work, cheers.

    No, you’re totally wrong.
It’s NOT compatible, even with a brand new installation.

I’ll PM you login details to a brand new WP installation, and you’ll see what I mean.

Also, when will you ever fix that embarrasing spelling error, I know English is not your first language but “Bulder” is NOT a word, and to have it so prominent in your plugin looks very amateur, I’ve posted this issue twice and seemed to be ignored about that.

OK, please close ticket – I think I’ve solved it by ticking several boxes in the settings.

Thanks for your help, awesome plugin by the way!

Thanks, but I think you misunderstand – that’s the standard theme template, and your plugin is now being ignored on the category pages.
    e.g. /product-category/bags/
And I’ve created a template page at /shop/category-page/ which was working but no sidebar.

So, I’d like to use your plugin as a default SHOP & CATEGORY template, is that not possible with sidebars?

    thanks.

    Thank you!
I don’t suppose you can PM me a link so I can install today (call it a Beta version if it means you’re not allowed due to CodeCanyon’s terms?)

    thanks again.
