Visual Composer Link does not like the shortcode for popup

I have an image that needs popup on click in Visual Composer, I entered the #popup_open_{popup_ID} in URL field, but it does not seem to work.

The page is https://dlitehealthyonthego.com

The image button is “Delivery” close to the bottom of the page, and the pop up ID is 2922.

Need this working because I bought the plugin for this purpose! Any help is appreciated. Thanks~
