Upgrade issue

Hello,
I’m trying to upgrade from DHVC Product Layouts to the new plugin DHWC.
However, WordPress will not allow me to delete the old DHVC plugin (see attached screenshot) – it tells me that my user credentials are incorrect, but I don’t have an option to input the user credentials anywhere.

Can you help?
