Theme options vertical tab links do not work .Only General tab is shown.

Hi,
I just updated WOOW theme to April 13 update and I can’t access any theme option besides the general one.
The link mysite/wp-admin/themes.php?page=theme-options#general changes to
mysite/wp-admin/themes.php?page=theme-options#disign_layout or to
mysite/wp-admin/themes.php?page=theme-options#header etc, but tabs do not change.
Any suggestion?
