Submit button – not working and how to set it?

Hello! Bought the plug-in today. Having issues figuring out how to trigger the submit button. How to insert clickable button in form to send the form. The button needs a code – where to find this?

I have activated the MailChimp API.

I have used the template #9. And the button has no code.

I can not find any info on how to set the “submit” button.

Please advice!
