Hello
I have two simple form. A CTA and a Contact form.
The CTA form has 2 text-fields, 1 email-field, 1 select field, recaptcha v2 field and Send.
The CTA form it’s on all the pages, except the contact page.
The Contact form has 2 text-fields, 1 email-field, 1 text-area, recaptha v2 field and send.
The Contact form it’s only on the contact page.
All of the fields are required.
Every day I get 10 to 20 empty spam submissions that look like this http://i.imgur.com/xAMSBVr.png, via this url http://domainname.tld/?option=com_user&task=register
How can I stop the spam / empty submissions ?
