Hi, we’ve been getting complaints that the password reset function is not working and have tested and confirmed there are multiple issues.
When using the modal login box to do the password reset the link in the email the customer receives (http://xxxxxx.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=xxxxxxxxxxxx&login=blahblah) always brings up the default wordpress login box with the error message: “Your password reset link has expired. Please request a new link below.”
Another issue is why does the modal login even use the default WP login pages instead of the woocommerce my-account page? The http://xxxxxx.com/my-account/lost-password/ page works fine and it’s weird having differently formatted emails for the same reset action, especially when only the Woocommerce one works.
Lastly, in the modal password reset dialog, the button says a confusing “SIGN IN” when it should say “RESET PASSWORD”.
