How do I disable the modal?

Hi,
I wanted to set the time at the which the modal would appear (for example, to appear after 1 minute) but I cannot find the place where I can style the modal so i want to disable it and install another modal instead.
Can you tell me how do I disable this modal?

I had a modal installed before, but it was creating a conflict with the themes modal, so that is why I want to disable it (such that it won’t create anymore conflicts).
