My Client is unable to receive their contact form submissions. I went ahead and set up and SMTP thinking that would solve the issue but the form is still not being delivered to my client.
I also updated the plugins and theme on their site and it is still not delivering. The confirmation messages are being sent to the person who submitted the message but they aren’t being delivered to the form recipients.
