Hello
Thisbis not true! It works pergectly, email sent out for successful and unsuccesful payments at our live site.
Also in thisctest site, you can check and test, unsuccesful is working with panmail.in reply to: Issue with email sendingThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Issue with email sendingThank you, installed updated version.
Test results: it is very mixed. Enabled Processing email and enabled Processing template with PanMail -> no sent out email. With my payment provider: if I test with unsuccessful card, email sent out (email enabled, PanMail template enabled). While successful email with same conditions (email enabled, PanMail template enabled) do not send any emails.
Completed status: email enabled, PanMail enabled – sends out nicely.
You can freely test!

Thanks for your reply!
Yes, sure all is enabled which we need.
I’m afraid to provide admin as this is a live site, with live payment and live orders and data :/
Any log file or so that helps?in reply to: Issue with email sendingHello – can you please create a plugin topic for PanMail?
in reply to: Fatal error after updateThank you, I solved by another method. I believe those two buttons are joined and can not be separated.
thanks!in reply to: Fatal error after updateHello,
Yes, this was the problem, thanks. I believe “All products” was set as default earlier, that is much better. I did not notice this option needs changing.
My second question:
I have a membership plugin. and some products are restricted. on those products I have double buttons: “Read more” and “Build your own”.
is there a way to remove the “Read more”?in reply to: Fatal error after updateThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Fatal error after updateHello,
As mentioned, the site is working now. It was a temporary error, but I wanted to report to you as it might be the case with other clients as wel..
Thanks.in reply to: Fatal error after updateHello.
Just as I described.
Gone to plugins page (network admin -> plugins).
Then deleted the old plugin (Deactivte, then delete.)
Then gone to Codecanyon, download plugin (installable files only).
Then back to my site, Install plugin -> Upload. I did uplad the zip. All fine.
Then I clicked Network activeate, and then this message was there.
I did hit F5, nothing. I did want to access main wp admin page, no luck. So I copied text, opened support ticket.
Then in around 5 minutes I hit F5 again and it was ok.in reply to: Fatal error after updateUpdate: after waiting around 5-7 minutes, it solved by itself, now I can log in again. I still believe it worth a look.
in reply to: Fatal error after updateNice, thank you!
