This is the missing code – it was working nicely with my previous email customiser.
I’ve also opened a topic with the plugin’s support page to see who can help.
Thanks!Attachments:

I use “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” plugin. This adds a field to order page and when I type the tracking code, the order status is set as “Completed” and the code gets integrated in the email template. This worked fine before, but unfortunately does not do anything now.
Can you please check that as well?
It’s an important function we need.Thank you, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
in reply to: Missing customer notePS: the newp layment plugin has no custom status so surely it works better.
You’ve tested processing statuses, not the previous ones which was allowed by the previous plugin – which did not work.
Please wait.in reply to: Issue with email sendingPlease give us time – we are trying another payment plugin to check if it can work with your plugin. Yo uare currently testing in a middle of the process – so please wait and do not test before asking.
We need settings to set the payment plugin to sanbox mode etc.in reply to: Issue with email sendingHello,
It was not wise to test before asking as we are working on the site now and have all plugins – including PanMail deactivated. So it’s not relevant that it sends out emails nicely.
We are testing another plugin for payment provider so we can test tht with your plugin. I’ll be back.
Thanks.in reply to: Issue with email sendingUpdate:
I’ve tested to set the successful email template to “Processing”. An I did enable a template for “Processing” status. Still, the emails are not sent.
So there is an issue somewhere 🙁in reply to: Issue with email sendingHello,
Update: the author of the payment plugin tested a lot of things and said that your plugin overwrites the status many times and it is not very easy to solve this 🙁in reply to: Issue with email sendingThank you, plugin author will take a look at the end of next week.
I’ll keep you updated!in reply to: Issue with email sendingThanks, I will forward info, but please let me know why “Processing” email doesn’t work?
It is not related to Payment plugin.in reply to: Issue with email sendingPlease check my inbox for successful emails. I did receive many – questions is why customer didn’t?

in reply to: Issue with email sendingHello,
Sorry, but this plugin is not mine (I bought it) and is working nicely with the other Email customiser I used to have and use previously to your one (WooMail).
What should I do now?
Please note: I did forward you successful emails and non-successful as well. So it is SENT, but not to customer, but to admin!
So it is working, but in a different way?in reply to: Issue with email sendingHi there,
Okay, so I did copy-past the file to my child theme’s functions.php file – saved.
Then I did deactivate and delete PanMail and gone to CodeCanyon, downloaded latest, installed, activated.Nothing happens: to customer no emails sent out from site and also this time as admin I do not have any emails incoming.
Please double check – I did check email logging and no luck. This time all plugins are live, active.
in reply to: Issue with email sendingUPDATE:
I’ve made sure we have the latest Simple Gateway plugin so reinstalled.
With PanMail deactivated, successful email is sent.
With PanMail activated, it is not sent.
Please feel free to test!in reply to: Issue with email sending+1 test: changing from unsuccessful payment to Processing do not send Processing order – even though it is enabled.
