Attach me plugin sends out wmails from backend. Those emails use the original template of the site. A plain email that looks very different from what we’ve put together with your PanMail plugin.We would like to customise the emails sent out by Attachme with your plugin.

New question: doesn’t really matter, but in “New order” email template I have this in the subject:
“[{site_title}]: New order #{order_number}” and for some reason the subject is always Order #10.Inside the email it’s okay, the correct number shows, but in subject, it’s always #10. Do you maybe have an idea why?

Did the testing, unfortunately no change – I still don’t receive customer notes.

I’ve received a reply from Shipment Tracking plugin suggesting a solution. I did try it, but still does not work. I beleive the root of those two issues (missing customer notes and missing the tracking section) is the same.
Can you please check it?Here is the reply of the Shpiment tracking plugin:
“Regarding the integration with PanMail email customizer, to successfully insert the tracking code into your emails, you need to add a WooCommerce Hooks component in the PanMail settings. Here’s how you can do it:Before the order details table in the PanMail customizer, add the WooCommerce Hooks component.
Select the “woocommerce_email_before_order_table” hook from the dropdown. This will ensure the tracking widget is added to your email.”And as mentioned – it did not work.
