I download the Storefront theme to test in which theme there’s a bug. In the storefront theme everything works well so the bug is in the Woow theme. To fix it, I think you will need to go in the PHP files that affect the checkout and shopping cart flow.
I really hope you will be able to fix this bug ASAP, because it’s an emergency.
