I have asked for plugin refund. Is it not fair that first the plugin brokes my site and it takes two weeks to fix it because your crew doesn’t know how to do whitelisting.
Secondly I asked earlier for button pop up because it didn’t worked eventhought it should be basic feature! You crew put me automaticly appearing pop up to mess up my homepages facebook marketing campaign.
Really, this is a basic feature and you can’t get it work without checking and possibly coding? How many days it will take, the project needs to be ready today.
I am really dissatified with the plugin, in last issue your crew didn’t know how to withlist IP address and the answer to the problem took one week.
You can’t be serious. I should make video for you to get this done?!
Use filezille, it works and remember to whitelist first. The address is of course ftp .ltg .fi not http:// ltg .fi (support forum text editor made that http://).
