Ah ok. I have changed the email box to a text box, still using Chinese characters. It works now. I can see the email address in the completed form email.
I am having the same problem with the email field.
In the email I receive, all the data is there except the email field, this is blank even if I write an email address there.
The email field name has no spaces, although the name is Chinese characters.
