Thank you, yes I have unchecked the “required Field” box. Even with this unchecked, my mailchimp list still does not capture the first name that is entered on the website sign up form.
I’ve double checked those two items. It works when I uncheck the option ‘Required Field” in Mailchimp but not when I select “Required Field”.
The only problem now is that when I look at my mailchimp subsriber list, it populates the email address but doesn’t pull in the first name which is what I want.
Can you make any suggestions as to why it is not doing this?
Thanks for that! Amended the wording slightly. When I test it though, I get an error message. It’s obviously not linking into the mail chimp fields. Can you help further please?
Thank you for this information. I’ve located both files but the class-wc-checkout.php file doesn’t have that text and the language file has the text but will not allow me to make any changes. It simply freezes up. Would appreciate any suggestions of next step. Thank you.
I can no longer view the modal newsletter. Even when I set to appear on every page. Is there some issue with the new update on this one.

I’ve just noticed now that when in mobile view, the writing of the title and text below are now white and so disappear on the white background. My loaded image doesn’t show on mobile view so reverts to blank white background. Two days ago they were black in this mode.
