It’s still not working, so I’m giving up. Too bad. The conditional part is too shaky. When refreshing the browser cash and reloading the form will break the conditional features. Furthermore you are not really answering my questions, nor are you focusing on the part of the form that I wanted you to look at. So this is not going to work I guess.
Selecting “Dinsdag” in the dropdown should only provide one row of formfields, instead of two. In the selectfield settings there is only one row of formfields for this condition, but dispite that it shows two rows, which is incorrect. Can you check why it shows two rows?

I did exactly this in my own form, but it just does not work. Please have a look at the checkbox “Ik schrijf mij met een eigen groep van 4 of meer personen in.” and to the dropdown “Selecteer weekdag”.
And to add some more information: If I remove the fields FNAME en LNAME then it does work. How can I add the firstname en lastname fiedls as well?
