No need… I found the problem: if you click on the frontend editor button when form is completely empty and/or not saved at least once, it will throw the 404 error.
If you put anything in the form after that you can edit it in FE with no problem.
That’s it! Working perfectly.
Just a thing… editor works correctly now and you can use it with no problem. But once in Visual editor if you click on “FE Builder (beta)” button, it throws a 404 error.
It’ s not a fatal problem but I thought it could be useful for you to know.
