When you click on the cart logo, it is linked to the shop page bc the cart page doesn’t exist on my theme I can’t manage to creat it

Hey, i have a issu with the cart logo which is not linked with the checkout page,
so i went to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and use the page installer tool
and when i went to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced in the setup page, in “cart page” the cart choice stills don’t appear
