For Create Multiple Language Country Options field select:
– After adding custom code in by step in comment http://sitesao.com/support/forums/topic/form-country-2/page/2/#post-2571 to the file {yourtheme}/functions.php. You will have a select field with Country Options. Please download and extract file “laguages.zip” you will see 2 file “dhvc-form.mo” and “dhvc-form.po”. Please copy 2 file and override 2 language file in folder “wp-content/plugins/dhvc-form/languages” on your site.
– After copy and override language file. You can translate it to multiple language: Please change file name dhvc-form.mo and dhvc-form.po in folder “wp-content/plugins/dhvc-form/languages” to name : “dhvc-form-{$yourlocale}.mo” and “dhvc-form-{$yourlocale}.po”;
NOTE: please change {$yourlocale} variable to your locate

Dear. the Register action form of plugin only register new user on your site and it not save register data because WordPress will save user data like Username,email, password on user table. I not want duplicate save data in your site.
If you want data register form data to form Entries, i will update plugin to help you!
