Dear, the default DHVC Form recommended use build form fields on each row. But your form build on row. So, to fix problem with conditional logic, Please go to admin menu ‘Form -> Settings’ and change setting ‘Conditional Container Element’ to ‘.dhvc-form-group’ then check your form again.

Dear, I check again and I see problem in DHWC Ajax plugin with ACF field select multiple. Now please kindly update DHWC Ajax plugin on your site to latest version 1.2.2 from CodeCanyon then check your site again.

1, to fix your problem. I have add custom CSS code in file style.css in your theme folder. CSS code is

#main > .dhvc-woocommerce-page-archive {
    padding-left: 10px;
    padding-right: 10px;
    padding-top: 50px;
}

2. To remove widget on page footer. I have create custom template for DHWC Page plugin in folder ‘$yourtheme/dhvc-woocommerce-page/archive-product.php’ Please check your site again.

Dear, The DHVC Form plugin not support setting help you to do it, If you want do it, Please add checkbox with name ‘subscribe’ then add custom PHP code in file functions.php of your theme.
