Dear, I go to check translate DHVC Form, i see it’s working, i use DHVC Form version 1.3.4, I think you can not translate it because you still use plugin old version.
Please update DHVC Form plugin on your site to latest version 1.3.4 , after update plugin, Please kindly translate plugin with Language file in new Plugin Version. Please change file name dhvc-form.mo and dhvc-form.po in folder “wp-content/plugins/dhvc-form/languages” to name : “dhvc-form-{$yourlocale}.mo” and “dhvc-form-{$yourlocale}.po”, then you can translate it.

– I go to check your form. i submit and i see message “Subscribe to Mailchimp Successful!” You can not see Subscribe email in Mailchimp ?
