If you want use this plugin to custom Shop page layout. you need change setting like IMAGE and check to setting “Is Main Query” like IMAGE . I see you’ve configured correctly. You need understand, when you use setting “Is Main Query” the plugin with use default Shop Query of Woocommerce, it not use query in short code setting, it means the short code only custom layout on shop page.
Also, the settings “Add to cart and Price style” : if you select “2 Columns”, the Price and Add to cart button with display in a line ( like Masonry Products layout in DEMO) If you select setting “1 Colum Center” the price and Add to cart button with display in 2 line and it align center.

– The short code have setting “title align” you can use it to config title align.

I see your custom template have 2 columns, please go to edit columns wrap ‘product images’ (see image 1.png) and add extra class ‘shop_item’ for this column (see images 2.png)
