Dear, I check and I see that problem because the product is missing ‘Brand’ and the error when show brand meta on product. We’re will fix it in next update version.

If your product not have brand meta, please add custom PHP code to file functions.php of your theme to fix that problem.

Dear, I check and i see that problem because Customer Reviews for WooCommerce not work on that product, Please kindly check Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin setting again. Or disable Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin on your site to use default reviews form of WooCommerce.

Dear, I check your site and I see that problem because image product size, the image on product Legionella Testing Kit use image size 500×500 but on product Disinfectant Wipes (Packs of 100) – Sanisafe 4C use image size 500×235 (original size 1384×650 and WooCommerce reize to thumbnail image 500 with ratio 1:1. Please change product Disinfectant Wipes (Packs of 100) – Sanisafe 4C to use square image and check again.

Sorry for the inconvenience but if you want custom template like style of theme but your theme not support to do it. You can remove javascript code in theme and check again. If it work. Please kindly contact with theme author to help add setting to disable it.

Dear, I check your form and i see that problem because you use form field name is wrong (see attachment) Please enter single word, no spaces, no start with number. Underscores(_) allowed
eg use user_display_name not [user_display_name]
