Dear. the latest version not support resize product image because it’s conflict with some theme and zoom plugin. if you want resize single product image, you cant use resize setting in Woocommerce setting.

Dear, i have check your form, i see your form name is wrong, please enter form name with note : Field name is required. Please enter single word, no spaces. Underscores(_) allowed
