Sorry, in current version the plugin not support hook to change content of quickView. You can edit it in file ‘wp-content/plugins/dhvc-woocommerce/dhvc-woocommerce.php’ . We’ll update version to support it.

You can not change it because it’s default functions of WooCommerce but you can use css to hide it.
i don’t know, you can search and deactivate google map or map contagt in your site to check
