Dear, in current version not support you to add hook edit newsletter modal in theme. please go to file ‘wp-content/plugins/sitesao-core/includes/hook.php’ and search function ‘newsletter_modal’ to edit.
Also, if you want change image of Modal. you can use css to change it or use your image override default image in theme ‘wp-content/themes/dmcs/assets/images/newsletter-modal-bg.png’

To use this checkbox, please go to shop page and use Plugin to build a short code with Query type “Main query”.
