Dear, You can translate file language to do it. Please change file name dhvc-form.mo and dhvc-form.po in folder “wp-content/plugins/dhvc-form/languages” to name : “dhvc-form-{$yourlocale}.mo” and “dhvc-form-{$yourlocale}.po”;
NOTE: please change {$yourlocale} variable to your locate
