Your mean: the form entries is missing 7 entries of version ‘Throughout the day of 4/25: 7 entries put in dhvc form, 112 rows of form entries in database’ compare to 105 rows ?

I don’t undersand why you not use data have 112 rows ?

Dear, to fix your problem with, please add custom PHP code to file functions.php of your theme:

add_action('dhwc_layout_before_product_image', function(){
    do_action('berocket_apl_set_label', true);
});

then add custom CSS code on your site
