For your problem, I see your theme is support Content carousel and Product Grid/carousel shortcode in WPBakery page builder, you can use that shortcode to display product with carousel of your theme.

Dear, to use DHWC Gutenberg create custom page for product category, please follow steps:
1. Go to admin menu ‘WooCommerce -> Page template’ when create new page and use ‘Gutenberg’ build custom template, require use ‘Archive Products’ widget when build page with Gutenberg.
2. Go to edit product category you want apply custom template, then select custom template for page in setting ‘Content Template’
