Sorry, default the WooCommerce not support you to do it.

If you want do it. Will create a custom meta box to save related category for each product then use custom PHP to display related product by that category.

Because the WooCommerce not support select related product in specifical category. You can switch to use Upsell product.

Dear, Please kindly clearly: The related products will select random products in category of current product and it limit.

Eg product: https://www.staging2.atlantikos.com.br/produto/gotas-de-chocolate-56-cacau-uso-culinario-500gr/ It’s in 4 categories and when select related product will display random product in 4 categories.

Not display related products in only https://www.staging2.atlantikos.com.br/categoria-produto/alimentos/chocolates/culinaria/gotas-para-culinaria/

Sorry, the search box use default search product funtion of WooCommerce and it only support search product by title , It not support search product brand or tag.
