Dear, That problem because your site use content full width, to fix your problem, please add custom CSS code on your site

Dear, That problem because on one times only display one popup. For your problem. You can use Responsive options of WBBakery plugin to design your popup on mobile (see attachment) I have try to help you but the Bakery plugin on your site not responsive I think that problem maybe cache of your site. Please check your site again.
