Dear. I have check your site and I see that problem because you install DHWC Page plugin without use Envato Market plugin. So, Envato Market plugin missing data for DHWC Page plugin.

To fix your problem. please delete DHWC Page plugin on your site then go to Envato Market and install DHWC Page plugin again.

Dear, to remove recommended products by the plugin on product page with custom template, I have add custom PHP code to file functions.php of your theme.
