If you have problem with theme design, Why you can’t custom theme via use Theme Child. Example:
– Full width page: You can create a setting in product category to allow use page full-width or NO, or create specifical template for category by category slug.
– With before and after main products list in category, You can create setting like category ‘Description’ setting to display elements in product category page via use shortcodes.
– The easiest: You use DHWC Page plugin to custom product category page.
I think WordPress support many ways to help you for each case.

1. I not receive to create account on your site. Please kindly check again or you can create password for my account then send for me via private reply.
2. The DHWC Ajax only work with product archive pages: Shop, product category, product tag… Because DHWC Ajax hook to WooCommerce main query to filter product. So, it can’t use with shortcode to display filter anywhere.
Also, the VC or Elementor support display sidebar when build page, you can use it to display DHWC Ajax filter, but the filter widget will not display if page not is product archive page.
3. I see the page https://angelaruizparis.com/boutique/ use shortcode in VC to display products. Why do you use page with shortcode without creating a product category or tag ? Please kindly give me details, maybe I can help you.
