Hi,

Seems like my order form is not able to send out to gmail, but after I tested it with the wp_mail_smtp plugin it began sending again. Not sure what is the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for solving the problem.
However, it seems like the form is not sending to gmail or hotmail.
I am getting the data in my webhost mail but not gmail nor hotmail.
Not sure what is wrong.

Sorry, any updates?

I have tried to just use [name] in the email body but it doesn’t return any data.
Is there any elements in the form that is in conflict?

Also, is it possible to do the email formatting without using HTML? Currently, my ordering form is rather complicated, I need to be able to filter fields which has no input.
