Sorry, images were too big. I fixed them.

Okay. The first picture is the site before the custom css that you suggested. There is one feature picture for the product, and the other pictures are in small thumbnails beneath it in a gallery (of sorts).

The second picture is after the custom css (which I tweaked a little). The gallery pictures are very large under the main pic and it just doesn’t look nice. Nor does it really act like a gallery anymore. It’s just a bit untidy.

    Thanks

Yes, today it is working better. I wonder if there was a caching issue.

New wrinkle: now the photo gallery is just spread out on the page instead of being compact and available for customers to click if they are interested. Is that fixable?

    Thank you

    Amy

I put the css in the custom css area, and there is no change. Thoughts?

    Hi Junnie,

Yes that’s the video with no sound, which is tremendously frustrating to figure out. It is quite difficult to know why you are clicking on this or that and why. I need to know what steps to follow to set up the plugin properly.

It would take someone ten minutes or so to watch the video and narrate what is happening, then upload again to YouTube.

Failing that, could you PLEASE tell me what to do with the plugin? I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to watch the video and follow it. Why, for example, do you click on the shortcode button first? Where does that go? It is not clear.

    Amy
