Update DMCDS Theme to 1.1.12

Hi,

Please advise how to update the DMCS theme to 1.1.12?
Where can I get the latest file? In Envato Market, under downloads, it does not say if it is version 1.1.12
When I update, will I loose my site? pages, menu, plugins?
Please advise steps to update the theme?
