Send data via email breaks website

Hi,

When user submits the form the website returns an:

http://www.bestbarristercrime.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

The form data is submitting and saving to the database.

This only happens when the “Send data via email” option is switched.
