Progress Bar Problems

I’ve inserted a progress bar chart into a section of the Accordian style page for FAQ. The bar labels I want in black writing but you can hardly see them here and there is no way to change them on the standard options. I also wanted to reduce the heading size from H2 down to say H4. It’s too large. Please see screen shot with problems.
