Hello,
We had a number of forms on our site that were working fine, but now if I try to add a new form it will not work properly. If I clone an existing form and use as is it works but when I edit the form it stops working. It won’t save to the database or send the data by email, or it will only save some of the data. My version of DHVC Forms is 3.1.7 and I notice you now have 3.1.22, but I have updated it through WordPress and it says it is up to date.
