The past few days we have not received any emails from our online shop when customers make a purchase and payment online. The customer also doesn’t receive a confirmation email. However, according to the weblog under tools, the emails are being sent. I’ve also gone onto our web server and downgraded the PHP to the previous version.
I’ve made a few test purchases on my own credit card, once I’ve pressed accept on my cellphone’s banking app then the attached message appears – ‘internal server error’. However, the order does go through to orders, says porcessing and an email is logged as sent.
