Have DHVC product layout conflict with woocommerce gateways country limiter

Whenever I enable your plugin, I have an issue in another plugin: WooCommerce Gateways Country Limiter. The country list disappears.

How do I fix this? We need both DHVC Products Layout & WooCommerce Gateways Country Limiter working for this website.
