Form not sending notifications

Hi there, I’m having the same problem as other had reported. I don’t get the notifications via email.
I see that all the submissions are saved in the DB but cero emails.

I tried with and without SMTP and nothing happens.

I can see the success message in the frontend.

How can I fix this?
