Hello,
I have a problem with conditional of two forms:
When I try to set up Form Select conditional to show form label, the form dissapear from the site (only the “submit” button and “edit form” stays. Here is my set up:

If user choose “Inne miejsce” from the dropdown, “Inne miejsce” Form Text should appear.
