Anchor links that move with fluid displacement

Hello Sitesao.

In multiple pages of my web I use HTML anchors to navigate the page and help the user.

The problem is that the movement is instantaneous and gives the impression of being a new page. That is why I wanted to implement a sliding movement, so that I could see the page and so that the user understood that he is still on the same page.

I know that with JQuery you can implement this scroll for the anchor links, but I would like to know if the Theme itself has the possibility to do this without having to add the code or use plugins.
