ajax search and mobile nav

Hi

1) I can’t seem to turn the ajax search off, it makes no difference in the header whether I set it to on or off it still displays. Any ideas? is it controlled somewhere else?

2) On the mobile menu there is a piece of text showing up from a previous theme (now deleted) but I can’t see why/where this is being controlled (see screenshot attached)
