There is only one video uploaded for testing and that is on this product: https://grandchelem.com/product/fleur-de-lis-shirt/ As you can see the video does not appear.
However it does appear totally fine on the shop pages eg. https://grandchelem.com/product-category/shop-men/ready-to-wear-shop-men/shirts/
