Hello, I have spoken to my hosting provider, Godaddy.com and they looked through the files and permission. 2 times they have told me that everything appears to be correct in the permission settings. The “export.php” file is set to 705 and the “dhvc-form” plugin folder is set to 755. They asked if there were any code changes to the file “export.php” that would need to be done that you suggest? There is no firewall to stop anything from ‘execute’. All of the other plugin folders are set at 705, and the folder “dhvc-form” is set at 755. Could this be the problem with file permissions and failure to execute? We are still getting the error: “Forbidden, You don’t have permission to access this resource.”
