Hey there,
Thanks for the valuable information. We’ve recommended to the client to rework their filters using taxonomies or custom lookups.
Thanks for all of your help!

Sure thing, we’ve enabled Appearance -> Theme File Editor, and Plugins -> Plugin File Editor. Let us know if you need something more advanced. Thanks!

in reply to: Slider FilterHey there,
We’re running into issues with this now where the SQL query is taking almost 30 minutes. Can you look into what it would take to fix this?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://gamasonic.com/product-category/solar-post-lights/
2. Shop Filters -> Industry: Select “Resedential”
3. Shop Filters -> Material: Select “Cast Aluminum”
4. Shop Filters -> Features: Select “Weather Resistant”, “Patented Solar Technology”, “Dusk to Dawn”, “Beveled Glass panes”, “IP65-Weather Resistant Rating”, “Color Temperature Switch”
5. Shop Filters -> Style: Select “Classic”
6. Shop filters -> Product type: Select “Light”Somewhere along the line, a query will never resolve.
Here is the query in question: https://share.snipsnap.link/exp7/yl0vhzib-paste-16-02-2026-04-05-39.txt
For reference, our server has 32 cores and 12GB RAM. It’s got plenty of resources, so this seems like some sort of query issue.
Let us know what you can find, thanks!

I think you may have misunderstood what the issue is. The page still shows $10-$50 for some reason even though the selection is set to $50-$50 and that’s even confirmed by the URL: min_price=50&max_Price=50
So, the filter isn’t the same as the current selection and the URL
Does that make sense?
Thanks!
