WC Single Product Options Not Appearing

Hello,

I purchased the plugin yesterday with the hopes that I would be able to use it to customize my product pages. I have two types of products 1) single option products, 2) variable option products. My issue is, when I go in to create a new template (following the steps in the video tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=62&v=MwaBa-aJ3Fs) I don’t have the ability to add Single Product Options (please see screen shots attached).

Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
